I didn't think it would be. I'll use a sinistral moralised filler over the gap and then skim it over with some stopper afterwards. After a decent filler primer you'll never know. Unless I "cock" up the angles of the panel that is!!

Looking through some of the work you have done you will be ok.
Surely a reason to buy a set of rollers if you dont already have some.

Funnily enough I've got some rollers coming!! It's not something I generally get into; mass welding of panels. I tend to replace what is dead but not get into welding and fabrication on a large scale!!

std vans will get cheaper as they are too thirsty for trade use and the lez will be another bonus for some of us.

We have a 10 reg iveco box van at my full time work, the average mpg on the trip computer is 22 mpg. So the old t25s arnt really that far off the pace of the modern stuff. I would prefer to be driving a vw anyday.
