Re: Help injectors seized in head
you mean you removed head with injectors still in it ?
Plusgas, Heat, and jam the head against a wall between a wheel (still on the van)with lots of cardboard to protect stuff and use an impact gun rather than a breaker bar perhaps

No head still on the engine put some brake fluid around the injectors (my dad swears by it as a penetrating oil ) would be very nervous about using an impact gun would crack the head I'd imagine (might experiment on the cracked one ) am even very nervous about using a breaker bar got a reply on another post in mechanical about having the engine as hot as possible so will try that thanks though Aidan

Re: Help injectors seized in head
Sorted got them out by running engine hot then removing them looks like flame traps weren't sealing properly a lot of carbon on the threads which didn't help fresh ones all in and coated with copper grease to stop them seizing in the future
