Sandbach campsite

Post by dubdogs »

Hey

Can anyone recommend a campsite near Sandbach (within 20 mins ideally), hoping to pop in and surprise an old friend of my Dad's. Struggling to find one, just need them to have shower facilities and take dogs (not in the shower!). I did find the Church House pub in Congleton, but they don't have showers and I don't really want to turn up at the old chaps place stinking!!

Thanks

Hi, if you go on http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and use their campsite search, type in Cheshire & click on the County button then search. there's 4 pages listed look on page 2 for Congleton, Holmes Chapel & page 3 Strawberry Wood its near Jodrell Bank telescope. There are some listed in Middlewich. Hope this is helpful.

There is the wagon (or waggon) and horses pub in Congleton too, on the A34 before Marton. Not sure about showers there though.
