I've seen westy's fitted with headrests on the rock n roll seat so it is possible but i'm not sure how.

The headrests (on a standard seat atleast) fit into plastic inserts like this:

On a caravelle seat the backrest is a metal framed affair and theres a box section about 5" down the back of the seat the ends of the plastic thingys plug into.

Multivan seats use a plate inside the seat backrest the headrest mounts mount to.

I've got grey 3 headrests off a caravelle and 6 of the plastic things somewhere in my shed if you find they do fit.

They are fitted to my Westy Atlantic but was done as an original interior option, so not sure if that meant a different seat back was installed.

Vagcat shows the brackets like this on a multivan. Not sure if a westy bed/seat is the same.
