I suppose it depends where you take it and what sort of job they do. The sliding door isn going to be too bad because you should be able to get behind it too an extent to knock some of the dent out. The quarter panel though would need pulling out as its right where the c post is.

If I don't get it done for a few months is it worth spraying some anti rust stuff on it? or is there any sort of damage limitation I can do?

If your not planning on having it fixed and the paint is chipped/ missing definatly get some paint on it asap.
