indicator flashing

I've read various posts on here re flashers flashing strangely, mine are not that bright ( like me )and flashing bit fast too.

Cleaned up the earths by the coil, the eath that attahces to the engine, gearbox earth and cleaned up the plugs that go into the back lights. No change

Where next ?

new bulbs? could be burnt bulbs making them dull

relay could be on the way out
can you change it for a known good one?

Front bulb holders rusty/ getting wet?
