No, it 'restricts' fuel from flowing back towards the carb.
Perhaps one of the club breakers would post one to you ..... Billy739 scraps vans so may have one ?

Ok! Thanks, yeah, I will try to get me a second hand one in case VW has a crazy price for this. I think some people install a fuel filter in the return line, but it doesnt restrict as good as this specific part. I will see...
