paint

Post by king6897 »

Hi,

We have now collected our new T25 1990 Komet in white and was wondering if anyone knew if this was the correct touch up paint colour I have found on Ebay

L90 D pastel white?

Also on our hob above the grill we do not have a hot plate like we have seen on some vans is this correct or if not where can we get one from?

Regards

Paul

Pastel white is most probably your van colour - but check on the paper sticker that's stuck to the front bulkhead cross member to the right of the steering wheel above the accelerator pedal just to make sure.

The Komet cooker does not have a hot plate as the grill vent runs up the centre of the hob rather than towards a corner. You can improvise one though; buy a shallow metal baking tray and place over the vent and it's just as good as a fitted one - just hard to use the rings at the same time.
