Is constantly switching on and off when engine running and fridge set to battery position - strange
When I turn the fridge off the smartcom works fine and charges both batteries
Any ideas

Are you using the fridge output terminal from the Smartcom for the fridge?

voltage drop at the brain , common to these "auto sensing" relays, caused by earthing problem........
