Phew! That was a long day in the saddle, what with the M6 traffic and returning via Gloucester to pick up a fridge!
Filled up 'round the corner from Steve's, did 155 miles keeping it legal, then filled up at Somerfield Cirencester...63.9 per litre...
33.4 litres or 7.35 gallons in old money which means 21 mpg. Not bad for a 2.6 with a patched up exhaust
Considering this was "mixed" driving with poor traffic at the start, on a tight open-loop lpg system, I hope that will improve once it's all bedded in. Otherwise find some more pennies and upgrade it to closed-loop, when a new longlife stainless exhaust will allow a lambda tapping to be fitted.
Only broke down once, in the M6 queues! Sudden death due to a loose battery cable...I mean, really, Steve!
Otherwise
