I have the same engine and running Empi headers and back box. Not a bad sound but you will need to keep painting it every few weeks to keep it looking neat as the finish is pants.

It aint the quitest either but that don't bother me, just the neighbours. :rofl

whats the sound like on that badboy peet?

looks great! turbo thomas does make some seriously nice stuff! i have those j-tubes bro! fit a treat! i'm consiering wrapping mine with exhast wrap to direct more hot air to the silancer away from the motor! which is only a goodthing on the Aircooled motors!

at the moment i have my bluebird silancer which is much like what you have peet! but mine just has the pipe coming out on the one side! my bluebird is a bit quiet for my liking now i have weber idf's so wanna make thebest of the sound of my flat four & webers

It sounds just right, not too loud and not too quiet, just perfect and looks lovely, handbuilt to order only too!
He makes them for the 911's etc mostly and hence the quality of whole thing and the welding is fantatstic, made the bluebird I have here look pony!
