Google Maps / Caravan & Camping Certified Sites

Post by a1winchester »

I am finding the Google Map photo thingy really useful.

I am looking for a nice campsite in Derbs, and as I prefer the C & C certified sites, I thought I would look on the C & CC Siteseeker web page.

Came up with a few possibilities, but I wasn't sure of the scenery / landscape. So by plugging the postcode into Google, found just what I need. A 360 degree panorama of the location.

Here's one example, Hope Cottage Farm Longnor.

For those not familiar with C & CC certified sites, this gives a good indication of the sort of site available.

Anyone been here before? Any feedback much appreciated.

Thanks. :ok

Weve found it really good for that. My cousin in California moved house last year and weve been able to have a peek at his new one...... also good fun looking at the vehicles in other countries too .... :)
Its on the road to Nowhere, no one passes by.
No one comes to Norfolk, without a reason why.
