possible noisy tappets?

I leave mine with the brake off and a brick behind the wheel, just realised i ought to perhaps tax my van before i take it for a run to solve the tappet issue, i have the harris oil from just kampers (30w i think) as i said in my original post this is the first time ive posted on here and i have to say how helpful you all have been, and im also glad this was useful for someone else too!
