Hiya All

I am having problems with my passenger side wing mirror i just cant adjust it to be able to see out of it at all have brought another one but same problem doesnt seem to matter how i adjust it cant see anything behind me or even remotely close. Admittedly i am not very tall and have to have the seat right at the front to be able to reach the peddles can anyone advise please

Bit the bullet i am now the proud owner of a set of syncro mirrors thanks for the advice :ok

you wont be able to see anything behind you.only down the side of you.sounds like you might have after market flat glass ones.original vw mirrors had a convex glass in them which made the view a lot better.try putting an ad in wanted for original ones.or buy a smaller vehicle :)

Will do, cant even see the side of the van !! so original stylee it is then new mirrors here we come

even with after market ones you should be able to adjust it to see down the side of your van.

cant even see the side of the van !!

Hiya tried every way we can think of even my mechanics are stumped just cant get it anywhere near cant believe how much head scratching is going on here
They were ok before it went in for a spray job now just no use at all lol even took driver side off to see if they'd put them on back to front lol but still no good
arghhhhhhh still kills a sunny day :rofl

Have no idea nothing we did seemed to make a bit of difference but hit lucky on german ebay brand new pair or synro mirrors coming my way real soon!!! whoop whoop that should solve all my problems apart from my bank balance :rofl

I was going to suggest you take a photo of the mirror from the drivers seat but you've probably sold your camera, and a kidney to pay for the syncro mirrors :lol:

Need to hang on to my kidneys to support my rum habit !!!!, syncro mirrors were on the list for the bus but not an essential till this happened so bit the bullet and got them seeing as they were a brand new pair seemed churlish not too lol
