the rounded back of the interior door handle. You know the little bowl shaped thingy. I have lost them and was wondering what size they are or where I can get em

why not take one from the otherdoor and visit screwfix or homebase

If you mean the ones that hold the door pull on, they are metric self tappers M4.2 x 19 & M6.3 x 32

I think he means the countersunk head screw that holds on the door unlock lever surround.
