Our old Nottingham chum 'guz' frequently sells leather armchairs out of Saabs, Volvos, Rovers etc that have T25 runnes welded in to slide straight in.

those in the know will know it aint me that does
the complicated bit, i'm the (half-house)trained monkey.

got a few pairs lying about and i need to clear some stuff,
not got any scrap seats atm so has to be a butcher your old
ones and fit everything up, usually about a day's work i'm afraid.

Have a look at the Wiki for Saab 9000 seats ...it really isn't that difficult (even I managed to get some in) and doesn't involve welding either, just some hardcore grinding off of useless bits
