apologies if this has been covered but I couldn't find any info.I'm thinking of buying a compressor and spraygun etc to do my t25 tin top in celly paint but have no idea how much paint /thinners/primer I will need.I'm planning to to the roof and down to the waistline cream and below that blue.Any advice would be much appreciated.
Also the chap at machinemart reckoned I'd need at least a 2hp compressor to spray properly,is this right or could I use a 1.5 hp (cheaper) model?
Thanks in antic........ipation.

Around 5 litres top coat (around same for primer) and yes a 2hp better as these are big panels to paint. You need suffient thinners acording to paint recomendations. I'm doing mine with truck paint and a roller - less smelly, uses less paint, better at stopping rust and a good finish if you load the roller properly.
