Interior trim, both seats swivel on CJ, power steering, alloy wheels, although anything was available on any model as an option, so you could have a basic Joker with every conceivable option on it if you wanted. Bit like the differences between a California (Joker) and an Atlantic (CJ) (that`s what they ended up being called on the last models).
Keep it real.

Depends on age, we have an '83 CJ. It has a different interior to the Joker (curved seat between wardrobe and kitchen), but some of the other differences (middle row of seats, carpeted battery boxes, double glazed windows, headlight washers etc) I think were available as options on the Joker so it can be confusing.
