Blue suade effect
I want to cover the large rear bed foam section in a material that matches some 'off the shelf' seat covers that I've remade and fitted. The covers I have have a synthetic royal blue suade effect like 'alcatraz?' ( is that what it is called, im not sure?)
Does anyone know what the trade call it and where I can get it.
For those of you who know what pantone colours are the material is close to blue 300c

yep alcantara the name. thanks. Ive had some faux suede samples in but not good for colour. The alcantara that I have seen ( not uk sites) is really too expensive, so i need to find a supplier that has a mid blue suede. So far its been nearly purple or sky blue and nothing in between.

Its only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt and now this has been uncovered i think the manufacturers ought to think twice.
Anyway I bow to the voice of experience, how ever you got it!
I will nevertheless sleep soundly as I use an extra memory foam layer on top and that is sooo comfortable.... zzzz zzzz
