Power loss

Hi Can anyone shed some light? The van seems to lose power around 2800/3200 revs especially in 3rd. He'll be running nice then the revs bounce up and down and the van jerks (bunnyhops) until it goes above 3200 revs. Ive just bought the van and since had a new strtermotor, coil, dissy cap and amp box put on. Any suggestions?

Change your rubber fuel pipes, fuel filter--squirt a load of Wynns carburettor clearner into ya carb & down the plastic bit of the fuel line--
