front seat strip down problem

Post by banana »

I wanted to take off the covers for the front seats and check the foam underneath. I got as far as unbolting the runner bits but then could not see how to remove the seat release lever which is bent metal going through both sides of the metal frame to enable me to get the seat into two bits, which I then figured would allow me to get the material away. If youve done it you know what im talking about. Any clues please.

Unbolt it, wiggle and swear.
Then go and buy some hog ring pliers and a massive bag of hog rings to put it all back together!
