Can anyone tell me what these valves and taps do thanks Eric

From Right to Left........
Filler
Gauge
Pressure release (i think)
Open/Close knob
Regulator
Orange lever (On/Off)
Accessory valve (Barbecue etc) there is also a small lever which will direct the flow of gas from the main appliances to the accessory.

Thanks for that can you also tell me the gas nozzles at garages dont fit the filler neck do we need an adaptor

You are correct, they do not fit.

You will need TWO from Steve at Gasure, screw one of them and leave in and use the second one as a 'stand off' for filling.
