Trim Clip for Sliding door and tailgate interior panels

I'm replacing the panels. Whilst removing the old, many of the clips have broken. I've looked on JK and neither of the clips shown match mine, which are beige in colour and look remarkably like a cut down rawlplug for plaster board, albeit with a 18mm circular head. Any suggestions for replacements, please. (see also fridge hose!)
