Just done one last week!!
get more cider!!.......
fit the rubber to the link 1st then warm (nearly boiled mine!) in a pan of water, coat in fairy liquid and put on floor (correct way around)push the roll bar into the rubber and wind it in then pick up and wiggle the rest of the way on.
heating the rubber was the best tip i got!
to get the old one off i just took the whole bar off and stood on the link while pushing the bar to the floor. was easy to remove rubber with a screwdriver once the link was off.
