English Sea View Campsites

Post by aahridey »

Hi,

We love taking our T25 to coastal sites, but have yet to find many where we can camp with pitches looking out to sea. I found one at Durdle Door near Weymouth where they have camper van pitches looking directly out to sea and we intend to stay there soon.

Can any members recommend some other sites of this type on the sea shore in mainland England? We live in east anglia so any close to home would be great for weekend breaks but would also like to find more further afield.

Bonus points for any that are also staggering from a pub !!!......

Many thanks, Mark

If you find yourself in the far south west of Cornwall, Treen Farm has amazing coastal views from all pitches. It's also very close to an excellent pub. Took the T2 we hired last year there for a night in May.

This site looks amazing. Am tempted to plan a West Wales trip for this summer. Even more keen to do so now!

As ever - Henry's on the Lizard in Cornwall is the place to go. Treen is good as well though. If you want to surf then Trevedra near Sennen takes some beating.
