Re: camping
OOOh! I'm from the wirral (New Brighton) and now living in Tynemouth! (1 mile south from whitley bay). Theres some class beaches around here. Do you surf at all?
I've never actually used any campsites here as its all on my doorstep, but I know there is a large caravan place near St Mary's lighthouse. Gimmie a bell if you need a hand with anything

Re: camping
large caravan sites make me ill. lol something more rural, laid back, dogs and campfire a must even if off ground. yes done a bit on the board, now mainly bodyboard. so there are waves? anyway anything in a 25 mile radius would be helpful? btw was in new brighton yyesterday

Re: camping
Class! I've had a quick google and the only thing around me is the "old hartley" caravan site.
Yeah, there's usually SOME surf, but it's forcast to be flat for 2 weeks now:

When do you come up?
