Right, that's it then. After a mixed last 12 months I put my foot down and TOLD the wife when we are going on holiday, and where!
I insisted on Northumberland coast and on to Scotland in July
So, early June (Probs Sat 8th for a week or so), we are going to the Peak District and, if all goes well and we have time, we will be popping down to Nth Wales for a few days. We'll hope to meet up with a lovely couple off here (Ken & Chris ). Is anybody else around and free at this time? Would be good to meet up. We will probs be camping in C&CC sites. If anyone knows of any good ones, or any to avoid I'd appreciate a hint. There was one I was told about when I asked last year, it was a cheap and cheerful one. Just can't remember who told me (sorry ). Just hoping for good weather now

Hi Chris and Ken. Hope you had a good time. Very slight hitch in our plans (isn't there always). Date changed to 3rd to 10th May now Still planning on same area though. Also it appears my vertebrae has slipped a bit more Not critical but bloody uncomfortable so we may be doing B&B. Hope it all settles down 'cos I'd prefer to camp but we'll see. Anyway, hope to see you soon, and you Adrian
