Lake district campsites for new years eve

Any recommendations for somewhere to stay over new year?

Seems a lot of sites are closed now, need hook up t power some heating!

The national Trust site at Wasdale head is hard to beat

I think the camping and caravanning club site at Braithwaite Fold on Windermere should be open. It's open to non members but it might have a two night minimum.

If you haven't done it yet i would recommend joining this site, it's great for searching for places to stay and you can read others reviews

Wow.. Didn't know it was going to be so difficult! So many places full, got one at the c and c c site inland near Windermere.
