We are off to here tomorrow for a few nights. http://www.pentewansands.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Never been to this site before but it looks pretty good with pitches right on the beach front. It's about a mile or two from Mevagissey.

Thanks for that, saved me a job asking the same as I'm heading to Cornwall on Monday after a blissful week in the new forest! Cheers for the tips!

Just thought of one other thing if you're into cycling. The Tour of Britain is going from Barnstaple to Dartmouth on Saturday 15th.

I'd recommend a visit to Holywell Bay beach & there's a great (but quite commercial) campsite there which we stay at!

Treago Farm at Crantock, just south of Newquay is a brilliant campsite. Beautiful facilities, lovely spacious pitches, although some not very flat so you might need chocks. 2 different beaches which you can walk to from the site and there is a big Morrisons a couple of miles away. Lovely farm shop just opposite the Morrisons which does some amazing food.
