stayed here a few weeks ago. bit damp for kampers at the time but they have a few "hard standings" loads of fishermen, a string of lakes with weirs controling the levels. friendly, camp shop rubbish unless you want fishing gear or home grown pork? could be the spot? nice grounds, lots of room great for dogs - oh quite reasonable prices too. not sure about fees for fishing? check the website

Stayed at a lovely site just outside Woodhall Spa, I dont fish but had a walk around, there were 3 pools iirc and there were hard standing pitches that were next to the pools, less than a mile from a nice little village.

http://www.woodhallcountrypark.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.

A couple of added bonus'es

A pub on-site (ish) http://www.villagelimits.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and if you have kids then less than 500meters away http://www.thekinemainthewoods.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Try this link

Good website which just gives campsites all over the country by water - lakes, rivers or the sea
Hope you find it useful!
