Alfa leather seats

Post by A KIRK »

Just courier is anyone else has managed to fit a set of Alfa leather seats in their camper yet?

I know it can be done like anything with enough time and imagination lol, well today I set my mate a challenge of fitting the 2 spare alfa 156 leather seats I had into the camper. Well I have to say its almost finished, and best of all they will now simply slide on and off the priginal vw runners, so now drilling and cutting of the camper needed.

Can't wait to get it back now and test drive it with the seats fitted, i'll get some pics once its back,

I'm gonna be like a kid with a new toy, simple things keep us amused I guess lol

Sorry will try to sort some pics out, in the next couple of days, but work is hetic for a couple of days.

Don't get to excited as it is a bit of work getting them to marry up to the VW bass, but nothing a tiny bit of welding can't sort

One sold on eBay a few months back for a whopping £10k according to my dad who is a massive Alfa buff. I showed him rather uninteresting split for sale for £17k or so and he nearly keeled over!
