not exactly T25, but definately rat, and also definitely the exact look (minus the face, LOL) and colours I am going to put on my van... Image

At what point does a van stop being a rusty old "pooh" box and start being 'rat look'?

I like to think my van is between the two... It has a few chips, dents and rust patches from before I got it. The natural patina is coming along nicely! :)

I would like to have it mint condition, but I have to admit that there is a little bit of joy to be had in not having to worry about where you park it or whether someone brushes past it.

In terms of the fake rat-look, I reckon there is only one way to go with the T25 and that's using 80's futuristic films for inspiration (Back to the Future, Star Wars, Mad Max etc..)

Ben around on the Norwegian forum a bit, only lowered T3 i have ever seen that looks cool (no offense anyone, I'm just not a fan of lowering). All real patina thanks to 20 years of service for a gardening company. Oh, and it has a 2.3liter Audi 5E pushing it around. IMO one of the coolest T3's ever

Deceiving isn't it? The skirts make it look a lot lower than it really is, and if they are flexible they might survive our crap roads.

The more I see splits and bays that have had the paint scotchbrited, covered in sea water and left to create what they call 'patina' the more I hate the look. That and the roof rack full of old "pooh" suitcases and crap you might see at the scrappys is so passe now.

Not that I know what the next big thing will be, just that it is so false now, to the point that even the real ones look bad.

/end of opinion

Funny but I had exactly the same conversation last weekend after seeing about 20 of them parked in a row.

the black one almost gets away with it - until you see the skirt from the back - that looks awful!

the one Thoralex posted is spot on. I especially like the custom mini greenhouse on the load bed.
