What width 16" rims do you have fitted?

Post by Diamond Hell »

I'm interested in knowing if they're ET37 ('bout right for Gen3), without any spacers. Syncros have more inner (suspension) clearance at the front, so I'm only interested in what's been fitted to the rear and when clearance issues come into play.

I'd also be interested in knowing what width and profile tyres you have fitted, too.

Still Syncro, just much fasterer

i have run on a 2wd van..
all four 16x7.5 et 35 with an 8mm spacer up front and 225 50 16 tyres up front
and out back 245 50 16 (yank size so rare) with no spacer and no door probs

also run granada 16"x6.5" et 36
without spacers on 205 55 16" tyres all round.. without probs.
(though if you get tyres with big double(both sides of tyre) curb bands they can be close to the top steering joint/end of the wishbone
WHY T3's.... because they are just so adictive, and having one just aint enough

If you haven't seen it somewhere else (prob have by now).. I've had 16X8's on the back of my Crewcab (ok on adaptors which space the wheel out 23mm but the offset was 55mm so that means an effective offset of 32mm) with 245/45/16 tyres.
