any help im looking at ones for manta gte and rover something how can i get these in my van? cheers any one done it?

easy to fit if you use the recaro subrames, jus fix some 1/4 flat bars under neath drill thr n bolt onto the seat boxes - use beefy thick wide washers on the bolts and use hi tensile bolts as they could rip thru the vans bodywork in a accident!

ok, will mk2 golf subframes help? as i can have them attached to the seats but what are they like to the t25?

best bets probably the recaro ones as they are low profile. If you can get the golf ones fixed on why not take the time n fix T3 ones on?

mk2 golf subframes are nowt
like a t25's runners, no help at all.

got Recaros but they're probably
going in our baja now.
