Hi all - I need to replace the head on my 1Y, but need some guidance with slightly different part numbers

Current head is off a '98 Seat Ibiza 1Y, part number 028 103 373.

I have found a replacement which I think will fit, from a '99 Caddy 1Y, part number 028 103 374H.

Can anyone advise if these parts are essentially the same (despite slightly different part numbers) and thus interchangeable?
