Will AAZ fit with standard JX air box ?

Post by sdelasal »

Given that the 1.9 block is a little taller than the 1.6, then
if I replace a JX with an AAZ, can I keep the JX
airbox/cannister in the same poisiton or does it
need to move?

Thanks - what is the 'turbo return hose' is that the oil return or an air pipe?

On the air box, I was concerned that the taller block would touch, or rattle against, the air cleaner. Steve

Yup, turbo oil return line needs some fettling to fit as the 1.9 block is a bit taller. (just needs straightening a bit)

Original air filter canister will fit no problem at all.
