Cheapest tdi conversion?

Just helped convert a friends t25, I think it has to be the cheapest I have done, so it is possible to have your cake and eat it too!
£120.00 bought him a 1Z and Landrover pump from the local breaker
2 days fettling and fitting his original turbodiesel parts
No intercooler fitted ( could be problems with egt's)
This simple as possible conversion works well, the van pulls over 40 mph on a hill it woldn't previously have made 30 on
conclusion is that it could do with higher gearing, but much better than the original engine, yes you could get better with altering the gearing,(£250 and gearbox rebuild)
but hell, it good enough!
Next, fit the biggest wheels possible!
