2.1 van now going 1.9 1Y N/A Diesel - I know it will be slow but the oil burner was cheap and only has 59K on it.
I've a complete 1.6TD Crew cab to donate all parts.
1. Do I need to swap flywheels or just put a input shaft bearing in
2. Do I need to swap rads
3. How far away can I put battery so save cutting out battery tray from diesel - i.e. in O/S rear corner
4. Anyone wired in glow plugs from injection pump wiring before? Trying to save putting in an extra switch to warm them up
Thanks and I hope these questions aren't too dumb
Gareth

Use the existing rad - not sure if there is a difference
Yes - if you want to, move the battery in the OS corner, mine was put there eventually. It does help with starting and reduces power loss.
As for the wiring - mine has a push switch which I press for 5 to 8 seconds, but I'm running off Bio diesel so I need to let it warm a bit longer to avoid the smoking
