Milk in tea is rubbish, it's only because the english made crap drinking vessels that we have milk in it in the first place! If you poured boiling water into an earthenware pot the bottom would drop out so the English added milk first to stop it cracking, it wasn't until bone china came along that you could drink tea like it's meant to be drunk - BLACK!
