Hi I want to Jack the rear.

Is it ok to Jack on the jacking point/crossmember if I can find it, and suspension arm that the big rubber coated bolt goes through, under the jacking point? With a piece of wood of course.

Not quite sure what you mean, but jacking on the trailing arm is not recommended. The jacking point is on the end of the chassis outrigger
