classic parts via dealer
Does anyone know if its possible to order parts from vw-classic through a normal van centre? The classic website hints that you can, but I'm wondering how realistic this is. I tend to get a few laughs when I say T25...

I'll let you know when mine arrive. The part numbers come up on the system as available but have been waiting over a month, mind I waited nearly two months for a couple of air cooled thermostats which where just normal parts. I think it might be better to get them sent direct.

no vw uk and tps won't deal with classic, I tried real hard with Milton Keynes but they are not interested
I do regularly, so does Baxter, you can do it direct yourself they are easy to deal with, they can do english so as long as you have the part numbers and they have them (and clasic can also get stuff from german dealer network if they haven't got it) no problems.
if you aren't in a hurry I can add bits to my next order, but it's unlikely to be for a few weeks yet.
