This is from a while back, when trying to identify the front seats in the 1990 Microbus. I now know that the seats are derived from Golf Mk2 (same backrest knobs and plastic cover bits) Picture of them and info here:

I'm still searching for one odd headrest to fit to the rear bench, so if you've got a Mk2, be a love and measure the front headrest rod pitch for me. If it's 180mm, I'm laughing!
