Not what you'll want to hear but from the list of choices a 7.5T flat bed is your only legal option.
At an educated guess, it won't go on a Transit 3.5T flat bed as it will put it over weight.
A frames are not legal as they do not brake the towed vehicle (which is considered to be a trailer when on an A frame)
Dollies even if fitted with over run brakes, don't operate on the rear wheels of the towed van so don't conform to trailer rules anyway.
Tow ropes, poles and A frames + dollies are really only for emergency recovery to move a disabled vehicle to a place of safety.
Perhaps the people who have used them have been fortunate not to get in trouble!

Yep 7.5 tonne it ! i looked at getting a 3.5 t recovery wagon but they aint man enough. loads of the pikeys round here have had there trucks taken from them for being overloaded  my iveco 7.5 tonne weighs nearly 5 tonnes empty! so if you were to put something like a full blown westy syncro it would be on the limit
syncro multivan, syncro caravelle, syncro sika, various t3 and lots of audi's
