Don't know, but don't waste your money on the solvent free Evo Stick - it's rubbish

Haven't you a friendly quartermaster? There must be some good government stuff around somewhere near you! Any contractors refurbishing quarters nearby?

Phil,
You want Pattex glue (which is the local variant of Evil Stink).
I find the Aerosol brilliant (but expensive).

You need to look for:
Pattex Sprühkleber and Pattex Classic Kontaktkleber.

Any Baumarkt like OBI or Toom has it.

HSE screwing everything up again as per usual. Old Evo-Stik - fantastic, does what it says it will, stick poo to butter if you ask it to; HSE comes along "can't make that it's got solvent in it".

I'd abolish the HSE if I were in charge..........
