All the bolts and screws can be substituted for set screws, for example the column bolts can be changed for 8mm set screws rather than shear bolts.
Your local hard wear store should have these on the shelves OR B+Q/ Homebase or any Focus superstore.

As Fritzzzzzzzzz says but the sizes are 8x1.25 @25cms long
as for your dash they all will fit with reference to L/H R/H drive. The one you have bought on Flea/Bay will fit but your original seams to have more dash fascia cutouts, Just cutout to fit what ever auxhilaries you have. also do some research like looking in HERE--heres the wiki http://wiki.club8090.co.uk/index.php/Inter" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ... rd_removal--------------------------

Re: Where can i get these bolts / screws?
ok thanks for advice guys.
I am a little confused on the screws though, is 8 x 1.25 just a M8 bolt?
http://www.screwfix.com/prods/31880/Bol ... Pack-of-10" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I cant find the 1.25 listed anywhere, i assume thats the distance of a full circle on the thread?
Also is there a reference for the different bolt/screw sizes? My Haynes manual doesn't seem to mention them.
I need replacements for the heater housing to bulkhead and the top Philip bolts that hold the wiper assembly to the underside front area of the dash.

1.25 is the pitch ... M8x1.25 is the 'standard' off-the-shelf M8 thread.
see here for info ... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_metric_screw_thread
I spend much of my time at werk wielding the top one of these ...
