Removing Wheel Adaptors

Post by procomp »

Hi
As anyone got any advise for removing porsche wheel adaptors? I'm in the process of refurbing a Bluestar which has some 19 " Cayenne alloys. Whilst they look good, they are far to big for the van, so I'm going back to 17" JK alloys now.

Today after taking off the alloys, I'm struggling to get the original nuts off that hold the adaopts in place, as the disc/drums rotate freely and there is only a few milimeters of the nuts that are proud of the adaptors, to put a spanner onto.

If anyone has any solutions for getting them off, I'd welcome some good advice :)

Cheers

G
