You can save yourself money buying online but obviously you need access to a wheel ballancer and tyre fitting machines otherwise you will be shelly out £7 - £10 per tyre for valve fit and ballance and lets not forget..tyre disposal.

Mentioned this before but I bought four brand new tyres from ebay. Fitted myself with big tyre levers. Never had them balanced either and not had a problem. £99

If I needed a second set I'd go same route.

Yup,
Just had 4 Continental Vancos 2`s fitted through Tyre shopper using their approved local tyre fitter.National tyre centre.Way cheaper than the nearby kwiksh..t depot. The guy who fitted the tyres once owned a splittie and he even knew the right tyre pressures for my early air cooled van as opposed to a later water cooled van.Fitted balance weights inside my rims out of sight, as my standard alloys have polished rims, which he did not want to mark!Even put protective pads on his ramp arms to protect my jacking points!Top Bloke and service!
I will not use mainstream companies again.
I reckon a saved about £60-£70.
I ordered tyres on a Wednesday and they were at fitters on Friday.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards :D
Hmm How much did you say?For that you gotto be joking....

Hi,
Try Camskill at Whitehaven. They are amongst the cheapest online and will fit and balance them at a low price if you visit them. I got four Hankook RA08 185R14C which are OEM tyres at an all in price of £180 when I visited them. I paid £98 for one Goodyear commercial of the same size and spec some years ago at ATS in Kendal so there is a good saving to be made by avoiding the big boys.
