Will these alloys fit with spacers

Post by fix »

Hi im wanting to buy some audi alloys that i know wont fit as standard, the offset is wrong and i think the centres will need machining.

The offset is 56,the rim width is 7.5j and the aspect ratio is 45.

According to the wheel fitment table the alloys are way wrong and havent got a chance of fitting as standard, but i want to know if i use spacers will they fit ok. (I think offset 56 means they need spacers)

Can anyone tell me please?

Thanks!

Most Audi are 112 x 5 PCD, but SOME A3 Audi wheels are 100 x 5 (low spec models of A3 uses Golf hubs which are 100 x 5)
Keep it real.

Thanks for the replies,I got some answers on the brickyard aswell as i needed to know before the bidding finished on fleabay.

Yep 45 will mean a fairly harsh ride,my bus isnt lowered yet but will be soon!

Ive had tyres with an aspect ratio of 40 before,i could feel every little bump on the road :(

Im wondering how low ill be able to drop the bus without contact with the wheels though.

I run 15" alloys with 45 tyres. The ride is quite hard but had to be that low profile to get required clearance.
In my experience of Audi wheels the fronts fit without machining. The rears however do need machining

You`re mistaken, REARS fit with NO machining, fronts DEFO need machining.

Those tyres that they come with off an Audi A3 will be no-where near up to the load rating required for a T25 van (minimum Load rating 97)

Cheers I should be getting them machined by Joker on here.

The load rating on the tyres is 94 ,to be honest I thought that would be ok
