Tyre pressure

Post by begemoth »

Hi,

My T25 has the following tyres:
front : 195R14C
rear : 185R14C

I found on the web that the pressure for the rear should be 3.7; I was wondering what pressure I should use for the front. BTW does that matter that the types are different?
Thanks for your help

Julien

If you have 3.7 on the rear, the front should be about 3.1, don't think it matters what the size is, I'm sure if you search on this site you'll find info on tyre pressures,

Good luck. :D

Ok , that's what I wanted to check. As you can tell, my car mechanic skills are more than dubious.
Thanks!

i found a little plate on the inside of the passenger wheel arch which suggested tyre pressures....

but i guess that changes with different profiles... :?

btw..if i buy some nice alloy 5 spokes ....do i have to take them to Mr kwik fit to have them fitted and tyred and balanced ?

noob.
