wheel refurb

Got some pretty good condition empis bar from a little bit of bubbling (tech wording!) They seem to be sort of powder coated anthracite grey I think they call them. Anything I can do myself or is it off to a wheely expensive shop. as per usual trying not to spend the earth!!!

are you thinking of putting them on a t3?

I wouldn't, as they're probably made in taiwan, and for a 800kg beetle (poss been drilled out differently).....
go very steady if you do use them on a 2500kg camper

Chad thanks for your concern but they were made for the t25/t2 and made (allegedly) in the uk(?)
They were off supposedly a show winner at vf circa 2000 anyone got any pics?
I'm sure someone will now put me right.

theres a place near me that will powdercoat them for a tenner each.but first they need blasting.theres a place here that will blast them for twelve fifty each.
